Shipping & Returns
Sista Teas Co. accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are shipped weekly on Tuesdays by 2 pm. Products that are ordered before 12:30 pm will be included in Tuesday's shipping. Sista Teas Co. ships First Class Mail. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Mishandled/ Damaged Packages
We are responsible for purchases until it reaches the post office. After that, it is out of our control. We will consider damaged packages on a case by case basis. Please email email@example.com with a short summary and proof of damage.
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Refunds will be granted on a case by case basis. You will have up to 30 days after receiving the product to qualify for a refund. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding refunds.
