At Sista Teas, we strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or return your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@sistateas.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
Returns: If your order has already shipped and you would like to return it, please send it to the following address:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be sent within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Returns received after this period will be considered invalid.
Refunds Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Shipping Costs for Returns Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Considerations Return shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
