Return and Refund Policy

At Sista Teas, we strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or return your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@sistateas.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

Refund & Return Policy – Please Read Before You Sip 

Loose Leaf Teas: At Sista Teas, each blend is made with love, intention, and care. Because our teas are consumable products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless it's a special case.

Here’s why:

  • Safety First: For health and safety reasons, we can’t take back any opened or unopened tea.

  • Small-Batch Goodness: Our teas are handcrafted in small batches. Once a tea leaves our hands, we can’t resell it.

  • Taste is Personal: We know everyone’s taste buds are different! While we hope you love your tea, we can’t offer refunds based on personal preference.

  • Clear Communication: Our full ingredient lists and descriptions are available so you can sip with confidence!

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for supporting our small, intentional tea brand.

You will have up to 30 days after receiving the product to qualify for a refund. Email us at hello@sistateas.com regarding refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as processing time may delay the posting of your refund.

  • Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@sistateas.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Considerations Return shipping times may vary depending on your location. If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
