Spiked Chai Tea Latte
You can never go wrong with chai! Have you ever thought to make that spiced chai into a spiked chai? Check out this recipe for Spike Chai Tea Latte.

1 oz Bourbon Whiskey (recommended: Jack Daniels Whiskey)
1 - 2 tsp Spice Chai
1 cup of Filtered Water
1 oz Milk of choice
Raw Cane Sugar (Or sweetener of choice)
1 Cinnamon Stick for Garnish
1. Heat filtered water to 198 degrees in kettle. Once water is heated place Spice Chai tea leaves in strainer and allow it to steep in the heated water for 2-3 minutes. Next add sugar or sweetener of choice to the steeped tea.
2. In a glass add Bourbon Whiskey, milk of choice and steeped tea. Drink it hot or pour over ice.
