1oz Gin

3 tsp oz Blue Moon 

1 cup of Filtered Water

Honey Syrup (or sweetener of choice) 



1. Heat filtered water to 208 degrees in kettle. Once water is heated place Blue moon tea  leaves in strainer and allow it to steep in the heated water for 3 minutes. Next add honey or sweetener of choice to the steeped tea.

2. In a glass add Gin, steeped tea and ice. Stir and enjoy.
