Depending on the plan you choose for Sista Teas' Tea of the Month subscription box, the quantity of tea in each shipment may range from 1 to 2 packs. As a valued customer, we want to enhance your experience by also providing tea filter bags, special discounts, and other perks in every box. Furthermore, we offer exclusive samples and an opportunity to taste any of our newly launched teas in each shipment.

What is the billing process?

You will be billed at the interval of your choice (monthly, quarterly, or annually) starting from your initial purchase date. We understand that unexpected charges can be unpleasant, and we want to make sure you are always informed.

What is your policy for cancellations and refunds?

At Sista Teas, we take pride in hand-blending our teas in small batches to ensure that we can fulfill current demand. As we hand-blend our teas in small batches based on pre-orders to meet demand, our specialty blends are personal and distinctive. As a result, we do not provide refunds or exchanges on any of the tea that we sell, including those in Tea of the Month subscription box. However, if you receive a monthly tea box shipment that doesn't meet your expectations, we encourage you to share your feedback with us at info@sistateas.com so that we can continue to improve our product. Additionally, we ask that you pass the tea along to another tea lover who may enjoy it. If you wish to cancel your recurring plan, simply click on the cancellation link provided to you.
